RESUMO

In the context marked by considerable demands of the consumer market and the fierce competition between organizations in order to position itself in the market, rise the organizations that operate multiple projects simultaneously. Each of the multiple projects is composed of various inter-related activities, demanding special needs. However, there isnât availability of resources to attend the simultaneously needs of the projects that start, thus the several projects compete for the available resources. Failures on the projects planning did not provide the care of the specifications of the projects. There isnât an adequate method of managing multiple projects to establish a coordinated planning of projects, resulting in the satisfaction of the plans and specifications of the projects. A proper process of prioritization among multiple projects and their activities is an effective tool to help in management. Since there isnât a way to meet the simultaneous demands of all projects, it is necessary to establish priorities. In this context, this paper proposes a systematic based on the approach of Multicriteria Decision Aid, developed to establish priorities among projects and their activities, in environments of multiple projects, supporting the managers of many projects in making this complex decision. The systematic is structured to support the decision process along the stages additional of identification of scenario, structuring of the problem, assessment of alternatives and decision making. The final decision will result in the prioritization of projects and activities, according to the preferences shown by the manager of multiple projects
