RESUMO

In this text I try reconstruct the Hannah Arendt s political thinking, from the breakdown of tradition to the activity of judgment. She thought that the continuity of the tradition was lost as because of the works of thinkers like Kant, Kierkgaarg, Marx and Nietzsche, as because of the incapacity of this tradition answer to the political and moral disasters which fall in the mankind during the twenty century. For her, the end of the tradition is a fact of political relevance, and whomever aims understand our times must start from this point. In this sense, she involves herself in the task as of phenomenological deconstruction and reconstruction of the human things as of the way of operation of the basic activities of the life of the mind. The task is indicate which we must understand our times, based on the free exercise of our mental activitiesand on our care with the world, even if our inheritance was giveto us without testament
