RESUMO

The dissertation the pamphlet-clothing of Daspu: a communication channel proposes the reading of subjects configured by womens T-shirts, aiming to comprehend how the meanings of such items in relation to the body and its movements are constructed and articulated in order to reach a reflection on the accoutrements by way of the communicational relations thereby established emphasizing, above all, the matter of the construction of identity through the manner in which individuals and collectives present themselves. The theoretic approach used stems from semiotic concepts of the theory of messages, from the semiotics of the text, from the means to generate meaning and from the relations between the sensitive and the intelligible, anchored in the works of researchers such as Algirdas Greimas, Roland Barthes, Eric Landowski and Gilles Lipovetski. The choice of this theme of investigation results from the statement that the way one dresses particularly the clothes when on the body is a means of communication which produces meanings which are, in their own specifities, relevant and determinative in the establishment of an economy symbolic that organizes sociocommunicational relations and those relating to identity; inserts itself into the field of analysis of media images that refer to both axes that of production of messages and that of their circulation between individuals.
