RESUMO
Echocardiographic features of a patient with sinus of Valsalva aneurysm rupture into the right atrium are discussed. An abnormal echo representing the aneurysmal sac was seen in the anterior aortic root. Other abnormal echoes were demonstrated in the right atrium. Flutter was visible in systole and diastole in the tricuspid area. The pulmonic valve echogram was normal. After surgical repair, the above findings disappeared.
