RESUMO

The electricity pricing constrain consumer access to this essential service. The industry, especially in its eletrointensivos sectors, requires energy the low cost, people need this service the compatible prices with its familiar income. However, during the process of privatization of the sector in Brazil, great distortions between the values charged for the residential sector in relation to the industrial had occurred. Thus, beyond becoming more attractive and income-producing the industry of Brazilian electric energy for the possible purchasers it was made with that all the population paid to vender its proper companies of form to deliver them for one few investors.
