RESUMO

Abstract: Based on Homofobia en universidades de la Ciudad de México [Homophobia in universities in Mexico City], a research paper published in a Mexican journal, this paper examines some of the questions of that study with the aim of contributing to a theoretical discussion whose central approach is the intersection between categories such as homophobia, gender and education. The main goal is to discuss why the analysis, design and implementation of educational programs should consider the contextual and historical specificities regarding sexual diversity, for which a feminist perspective and some postmodern critical pedagogy reflections are considered.
