RESUMO

Social networks are one of the most important issues on contemporary sociology. This research intends to analyze the national and international bibliography on social networks and firms, focusing on three main dimensions: local/regional embeddedness, organizational changes and trust. The main goals are contribute to the theoretical debate, present a critical evaluation about the publications and help in futures researches on this field, especially on sociology on organizations and economic sociology.
