Razão, saude e violencia :, ou, a (im)potencia da racionalidade medico-cientifica

RESUMO
Medical-Scientific Rationality (MSR) currently places violence as a serious problem. Facing this situation, our queries are: how does this problem relates itself to the constitutive !logic of the SR? That means: What are the rational bases from which one may approach the prdplem of violence? hese queries leads us to deconstruct the MSR in itself. Deconstruction which we locate in the core of the debate about the crisis of modernity and even the modern reason, the Cartesian reason. This rationality, supported in a discursive plot, inscribed itself step by step in the common sense of health workers and social groups, leading them towards a "particular" way of facing problems, which has substituted the social in behalf of biologization of the problems. Before this, we accomplished the hypothetical enunciation that violence represents a point of inconsistence in the MSR s state of situation, therewith looking forward to coping with the detotalization and the multipIe which pass by the Health-Sickness-Attention Process (HSAP) and that such a rationality does not recognize. Potency tums ~ut to be impotence. This piece of work has got the truth as its object of study - and not knowledge properly said. Owing to this fact, we have planned the necessity of betting in truth processes which may install a new state of situation over the HSAP. In alI this process we denounce that the current use of ethics inscribes itself as a simulacrum which is in search of and manages to join by suture the inconsistence that violence highlights in the MRS s state of situation. Against the humanistic courses of ethics and bioethichs we oppose the ethichs of truth, which tries to install a critical thought upon situation that are faced, recognizing singular processes in them that demand bets on behalf of managing to install the track of the truth, truth which may be in Science; in the Arts; in Politics; or in Love
