The technology advances in personal computer area, as been the quick1y diffusion of this advances in most of the branches of businesses have been produce many changing in the Business environment. Information flow won more efficient and products flow inside of the supply chain s company won, the last years, larger effectiveness. This larger effectiveness is reflected in all the managerial processes, :from the suppliers development to post-sale services of the company to your customers. With this new reality, it becomes unthinkable to effectuate any investment without the company obtains the maximum of information about the undertaking. In this context, this work intends to ana1yze different of investments analysis techniques will be ana1yzed as Net Present Value, Discounted Payback, Internal Return Rate, among other, 100king for to find the principal aspects that govern the decision managerial process. Besides the traditional methods (or financial methods), no financial methods are winning larger importance in the last years, this because the intangible factors, that presents difficult measurement, started to have larger weight in the composition of the products and services value offered. Then, productive chain should work aimed at to add value to the customer. This work presents an investment ana1ysis methodology focalizing to improvement of the Value Chain, that was denominated Matrix of Technological Competencies addressed the Customer (MC2T) method. The validation of the method is accomplished through Case Study in the logistic section of a great company of the cosmetics area
