Potencialidades e limites para o desenvolvimento econômico e inovativo local: uma análise comparativa em parques tecnológicos da região nordeste

RESUMO

Innovation and technological change processes define the trajectories of economic development of countries, regions and cities. Technological advance has been the main driving force behind the developing regions, accounting for much of the increase in productivity, income, job creation and international competitiveness. In that sense, the Habitat s innovation, but specifically, the technological parks, undertakings promoters of the culture innovation, competitiveness, increase and business qualification, substantiated in the transference of knowledge and technology, with the objective of increase the output of wealth of a region. Thus, this study examines comparatively the potential and limits to economic development and innovative local technology parks in the Northeast region identified by the NUTEC, Porto Digital, ParqTel, and PaqTcPB SergipeTec. For it reach the objectives proposed, followed itself a systematization of exploitation in three segments: bibliographical revision, field work and analysis results of the referred research. The bibliographical revision contemplates subjects related to the Society of the Information and of the Knowledge, Economy of the Knowledge, Technological Innovation and Habitat s of Innovation. The fact-gathering was deed through interview and application of questionnaire is structured divided in characterization of the technological parks, economic development, local development, technological innovation and identification of the strong points and weak points of the technological parks with the agents of the technological parks studied. The results of the research aim that exist potentials and limits for the economic development and local inovativon in the technological parks studied. In this perspective, the technological parks generaly presents, strong points that identify them, as inductors of the economic development and local inovativon. Also, it presents weak points that in spite of it they do not lessen the potential of the technological parks and the localities of excellence for the transfer of technology based in technological base companies. It presents itself as difficulties that should be minimized or depending on the situation, solved through actions of the actors involved in behalf of the economic development and local inovativon. It suggests itself that those actions be based in the scope of the interaction of the actors involved, they be they govern, universities, institutes, representative entities, fomentation agencies and segments businesses in the seeks by the duty solution of the mistakes/problems/deficencies in behalf of the development of the undertaking.
