Politica em comunidade : experiencia da participação Kaingang na implementação da politica publica da saude indigena

RESUMO
Discussion developed into this text takes place on current State- Civil Society model of shared management, through of deliberating publics politics spaces, cooperation councils with NGOs and others participative experiences. At the same time, this model characterizes current relationships between the State and the Brazilian Indigenous Population, pretending to try a new indigenism practice. From this perspective, we shall analyze the participative experiences of whose living in Kaingáng indigenous land at north of Paraná, inner implementation of public policy of indigenous health, only three years after approbation of a reform that asks for a transfer of functions of sanitary area from FUNAI to FUNASA, altering daily life of indigenous users. We will try to determinate the indigenous strategies content in spite of that change, and to perceive the new (or only the improvement) that exists in the indigenism practice of Brazilian State
