No-participant observation and the construction of drawings were also used as a mean of data colection. The analysis content was used for the analysis and interpretation of the interviews and the explanations of the drawings. Through the analyses it could be noticed that the politics and practices of management at the studied organization have been configured as mechanisms of economical, political, ideological and psychological control and, also, in the way as they have been exerciced, these forms of control can be interpreted as physical, economical, psychological, social, symbolic and structural violence against the worker. The employees, on their turn, have had their resistance possibiliteis been reduced by these practices. First, because of the difficulty of perceiveing those practices, second, due to individualization and fragmentation of the working class, thirdly, for structural problems like the unemployment and, yet, because the workers believe that those practices are common, implacable and so difficult to fight against.
