RESUMO
Time and complexity are in the roots of the contemporary thinking and new thoughts on new sciences. ln natural sciences inserting the concept of time as the fundamental element to the understanding of complex phenomena, dissipative structures and uncertainty at the material leveI raised a new pattern to the knowledge about life evolution and to inserting the human, the social and biological in that same objective world that is subject of natural sciences. Uncertainty and ambiguity are familiar concepts to social sciences. To bring the concept of time as the central aspect to the understanding of natural complex phenomena in the social relationships and to the management becomes the possibility to rescue human subjectivity in the management world. Uncertainty and ambiguity are inherent aspects to the management processes. Organizations are spontaneous phenomena of the human nature as self-organizing principIes. Complex structures possess patterns that can be measured by the time-horizon of their projects. Complex organizational structures develop according to the fiou-linear distribution of capability in the population to deal with different time-horizons of time. To integrate time with complex organization structures does represent a qualitative jump both to human sciences - time can be an objective measure unit - as well to the management since it brings the possibility to a type of management that respect the requisites of human nature
