Planejamento integrado de recursos energeticos : uma aplicação da modelagem na região administrativa de Campinas

RESUMO

The aim of this study is to develop the methodology to Integrated Resouce Planning through a computer simulation that projects the energy demand and calculate the energy supply, conservation and substitution costs in three economy sector (residential, comertial and industrial) desagreggated in its main subsectors and end uses. It is also done a practical application of the methodology developed as an example of the model utilization in the AdministrativeRegion of Campinas, showing its social-economic energetic characteristics in the base year and comparing them with São Paulo estate and Brazil. Afterwards the social-economic and the two energetic scenarios are developed: i) the frozen, that does not allow more efficient end uses and substitution of energy between the base and projection year and, ii) the efficient one, that includes this perspectives. The cost evaluation in these two scenarios are made to compare the expansion, conservation and substitution options to the energetic sector
