RESUMO

In the modern companies, the search for employees more aligned with their needs and that have a high performance profile take the companies to develop and in-crease several tools for recruit, select and follow-up that allows identifying the candi-dates that are more aligned in the profile of some positions. The common practice of classifying the candidates by the personal characteristics that are considered neces-sary to achieve a good performance on the position normally valorize internal values more than external causes as determinant for the behaviors. The tools can be classi-fied according their basic applications that are used from the recruitment and selec-tion process until the process of measure and monitoring of the performance achieved by the respective employees. In most part of the time, these tools are not connected and the information generated by the different tools do not allow a con-sistent analysis of the different stages of the professional evolution of the employee. The intension is to demonstrate, by Case Study, how the different Standards of the leadership profile working into an organization and who are the profiles that tend to be more efficient, even comparing items related to results and other items related of a good working environment. To make this analyses and classification of the data we will use tolls related to the Artificial Intelligence and techniques of Knowledge Discov-ery Database, to analyze the information through tests, validation and results of the company.
