Perfil das oficinas de geração de trabalho e renda no âmbito da atenção psicossocial no Brasil

RESUMO

The aim of this study was to characterize the efforts of employment and income generation for the sufferers of psychic registered in Ministry of Health. Data collection was through electronic mail and contacts were made with group coordinators by telephone. Upon receiving the completed questionnaires was conducted over the first impression of those who came by e-mail. For all the instruments, we followed the following steps: numbering, coding of open questions, closed questions and tabulation of the general review. Next, we created a database using Epi-Info 6.04d for digitization, after which the data was converted into a statistical package for analysis and edition of the variables. We obtained simple frequencies of variables of interest for the elaboration of synthetic graphs and tables. Most respondents were technicians, with hours assigned to the project (47%), about one third were fully dedicated technicians. All respondents were college graduates and were distributed as follows: 29% Occupational Therapists, Psychologists 26%, 16% nurses, social workers 13%, 4% Pl Artists? High energies, 10% with other courses. Most enterprises that responded was located in Rio de Janeiro (24%) followed by Rio Grande do Sul (18%) and Ontario (13%). One of the main achievements of the projects was to maintain a single group / collective (89%) followed by articulation with other enterprises and with the movement of ECOSOL and effective participation and self-management (61%). For 80% of the groups, the main challenge and to generate revenue and higher earnings, followed by self-management and the exercise of democracy (59%). The main difficulties reported by respondents said little about the institutional support and lack of infrastructure and inputs. In addition, questions regarding the commercialization and development strategies, such as financing and formalization. On the positive side, most of the manifestations were related to social inclusion, the generation of income, the appreciation of the work, the concept of autonomy and self-esteem of users involved, leading to a better quality of life. Also there were reports of reducing dependence on chemical and admissions as well as improvement in social relationships. The main suggestions were to strengthen linkages with the State to ensure greater support and visibility initiatives. Another suggestion applicant was in favor of the realization of meetings and forums to exchange experiences and ongoing formation
