RESUMO

The objective of the present research is to investigate the educational formation of the Higher Education in historical perspective to follow its evolution and problems. After indicating some characteristics of the contemporary society, the study accompanies the modifications of the teaching profession concept for the higher education. Soon after, the research studies the specific legislation for the juridical courses, verifying its transformations and its indicators of quality teaching. Finally, the research establishes parameters for the construction of an educational profile for the juridical teaching of the present time.
