Panico, agorafobia e ansiedade de separação : o revelar do comportamento de apego

RESUMO
The present study investigated the entailment affective as it relates to patients with panic disorder or agoraphobia using a theory based on J. Bowlby s work on attachment. The attachment behavior of a patient with panic disorder with agoraphobia, classified by DSM-IV criteria, were described and evaluated. The personal life description and feeling about the panic crisis, agoraphobia symptoms and the characteristics of the entailment established with the attachment figures were described. The patient and researches experiences and feelings were described qualitatively. Experiences, movements, happenings, entailments and convictions were used to study, understand and reveal. Based on case description, the inhibition behavior and separation anxiety, with regard to entailment important figures, loss and separation, personal helplessness in front of the illness and life were observed. Concerning Bowlby s attachment theory, an anxious attachment as well as a no functional actual family to support member s health was verified. Generally speaking the results of this study, showed how is important the family group function to promote life as a secure base to construct the individual and group mental health. Besides, inspires a reflection about the attachment-established models of principal or subordinate figure for all life
