RESUMO

The markets regulatory logic affects the university and its ethic logic. It intervenes in the conception, deformation and knowledge of it. Facing this fact, the lecturers space in this conjuncture and which actions are expect to be done by the Superior Education professor. To the college professor, lecturing is directly attached to the technical-scientific competence, which seems to be also valid to most institutions that matter. Thus, the knowledge domain seems to be enough; however the current scenario requires more knowledge from the professor. In this manner, it is questioned which essential knowledge is a must to the lecturers professional development. The investigation is focused on analyzing the perspective of knowledge regarding to the professors apprentice in the trainees point of view. The investigations reference material is based on TARDIF, SANTOS &MORIN, as its intention is to elucidate the logic of knowledge in the formation and the apprentices. The epistemology analysis allows rethinking about the formation process of the College lecturers, jeopardizing the perspective of the current models, suggesting in the development the valuation of the diversity of professional identities and the subjectivities of the trainees
