RESUMO
This work study the manifestation of the development of the thought of the children relative a moviment qualitative and quantitative in situation of activitys of teaching what contemplat the development of the concept of number. The study if base in a analysis interpretative from the category of development of the thought congnition sensation concret and rational with hang in the theory sócio- historical. The analysis frona the episode stayed made clear that the children changed of the one perception centrality only in quality of the object for one peception of the relation from variation quantitative ocuring one group of the childrens who elaborate argument logic about that relation of the variation. The activity proportionated the children the perception of the quantity how one atribute of the quality of the objects. The alfabetization matematic have treaty the thought quantitative how consequence of thougt numerical. On ours research ours verity who the activity of teaching is able change of the way of manner who wheather the thought quantitative that produce the idea of great end the thought numerical.
