Orientação profissional : a consolidação de uma experiencia num contexto de ensino

RESUMO
The present work concerns the systematization of a proposition of professionals capability for a work of Professional Orientation by an innovative methodology. It reports, as results of the application of this formation methodology, the work realized with a pair of female stage teachers, who had developped the Professional Orientation process over a group of scholars of a middling instruction school of Piracicaba, state of São Paulo, and also represents the results obtained beside these scholars. The social and economic changes proposed for the work univers in the present, were important justifications which moved the author into the subject profundity, since she was persuaded that the relevant entrance of the young into this new world, under constant alteration, requires more and more a safe and enlarged actuation of the Professional Consultants. The work was structured as a search-action and the professionals capability was developped as a "formation in job", targeting two principal subjects: 1) the professionals capability, developped by female scholars of the Psychologist career of the Methodist University of Piracicaba, stage teachers of the Professional Orientation program; 2) the application of this methodological proposition developped by them over a group of scholars of the second degree of the "Colégio Piracicabano". The proposition articulates these two axis in an unique applicated process, with aim of study, the theorical references, the analysis and the results, were treated, and presented, separately. The realized work indicates a well delineated methodology to be utilizated for the professionals capability in Group Professional Orientation, by a processual way. The results reached by the application, beside the scholars, indicate that this practice favors the choice process. The capability that occurred into the intervention process subsidized too the teaching process in question qualifying it as innovative
