RESUMO
ABSTRACT The project has searched to verify until point the external influences modify the pedagogical project of the ONGs searched and of that they form place in practical its action for formation of its public-target. Our central question is to know if the ONGS keep a character of social movement, aiming at through this or not to improve the life of the community where she is inserted. Such question places to the researcher the requirement to divide the ONGs in Communitarian and Company.
