Opinião dos pacientes cirúrgicos e conhecimento dos trabalhadores em centro de material e esterilização em relação aos artigos médico-hospitalares esterilizados

RESUMO

In this study it is aimed to analyze surgical patients concepts and knowledge about their worries concerning hospitalar medical equipments sterilization as Hospital Infectionmeasure. Searching this objective, it was choose a descriptive exploratory study by a quanti-qualitative approach. The data wascoleckd by a structured form with open-ended questions with 100 surgical patients in mediate post-operative period, and 15 Sterilization Center Workers of four hospital in Cacoal-RO. The results was analyzed by descriptive significance statistic and indicates that 80 patients presented significant corrupts and knowledge about the equipment sterilization, 71 concerns the sterilization quality and 58 knows about hospitalar infections. Among the Sterilization Center workers, 11 ones related they dont have competence for sterilization achievement, and other 11 about the equipment quality lack because inadequate equipments and material sterilization validating. Therefore it is possible to perceive that surgical patients knowledge and concepts about their worried of Hospitalar medical sterilized equipments is possibility to increase hospitalar Infections.
