RESUMO

This paper presents an information system developed to perform oscilography tasks and on line data acquisition in an electric energy distribution network. This analisys tool can be largely used in the analysis of failures, routine measurement, oscilography recording generated by perturbation in the electric system and to check the quality of service in the electric energy distribution network, such as harmonic and ANEEL 505 resolution. The OOL (On Line Oscilograh System) was designed to be a digital perturbation registerer, following the rigorous and up to date recommendations from ANEEL about this theme. The OOL system also aggregates a high precision alectric greatness measurer and an advanced analyser of quality of energy. The bundle of software and âhardwareâ used in the development of this system offers a low cost solution to be installed in less profitable networks. Being designed to electric energy companies and also to industries that have their onw substations (from 13,8kV until 138kV). An osilograph system in such installations represents a meaningful gain for the company whenever the analysis of failures occurs in the electric system. Having the oscilography, the analysis engineer can, in a short time, verify in details the turbulence occurred at the very moment of the failure. With this propose to an on line osclilograph system, the company counts on a system capable of making a complete analysis of the electric network being monitored, allowing a decision to be made in a faster way and crossing off the problem definitely. The OOL system can also be used in a preventive way, allowing small failures to be detected, avoiding greater problems that could couse greater damage to the system.
