Ocorrência das vulvovaginites em gestantes de baixo risco

RESUMO

The vulvovaginites in pregnancy associate themselves, often to maternal and perinatal complications, for this reason they must be diagnosed and treated in time. Objectives: to know the prevalence of the vulvovaginites in pregnant women who carry out pre-natal in the Outpatient Clinic of Gynecology and the Obstetrics of Nucleus of the University Hospital of the Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul, with obstetric nurse, and to identify with obstetric nurse and, to identify the most frequent diagnoses of nursing. Method: this is a descriptive study, observational, cross-sectional, of quantitative character, conducted from June to October 2007, with 31 women. The data were collected with instrument of the type form, by means of anamnese, physical examination, test of Whiff and vaginal pH, laboratory tests and Pap. Results: The frequency of bacterial vaginosis and vulvovaginal candidiasis was tehe same (22.6%), the bacterial vaginosis associate to vulvovaginal candidiasis 16.1%, trichomoniasis vulvovaginal associated with candidiasis 3.2% and vaginitis suggestive of gonorrhea was 3,2%. 8 real disgnostic of nursing had been identified: Health-Seeking Behaviors, Acute pain, Health Maintenance Ineffective, Deficient Knowledge, Behavior of inclined health the risk, Tissue integrity impaired, Urinary elimination impaired, Sexual Dysfunction and, 6 potentials diagnosis represented for the main risk factors: secretions and humidity (vaginal discharge) (100%), Increased vaginal humidity related to the pregnancy (100%), Increasing blood flow and temperature in the lower genital tract (100%), body image disturbance (100%), inadequate hygiene habits (45,2%), elevation of pH (51,6%), absence of Doderlein bacilli (51,6%), ectopia (38,7%), Increased frequency of sexual activity (51,6%), vulvovaginites (67,7%), risk of premature rupture of membranes related to the vulvovaginites (67,7%) and Mechanical factors (act of scratching) (38,7%). Conclusion: the diagnosis of the vulvovaginites and the identification of the nursing disgnostic are basic to guide the conduct of nursing in outpatient prenatal care.
