RESUMO

The objective of this research-project is to reflect about the challenges presented to development banks in order for them to make socioeconomic sustainable development viable, considering that these organizations are an important governmental tool to minimize social problems. The great challenge for an integrated management of the country's development begins with the recognition by public institutions that they will not be able to present solutions to social problems without coordination with other public and civil society organizations.
