RESUMO

This research circumscribes a particularly current form of suffering as the result from a clinical practice that overlapped the medical and psychoanalytical fields. This specific suffering is seen as the consequence from the distance between the great productictivity of formal objects (technical, statistical, architectural, conceptual, etc) being offered to the senses and the restriction of the power to apprehend reality in a intensive and intuitive way. For that purpose, it combines the cartographic method through which are cleared out the sensations lived in this nomadic clinical practice, sliding in becoming-bodies always out of step with one self with the assembling of several theoretical alliances with thinkers linked primarily to the Philosophy of Difference and to Psychoanalysis. Inspired by Winnicott and Illich, the concept of schizoalgy is used to address the anguish that dwells in this territory and cannot be determined as corporeal or mental, conscious or unconscious, objective or subjective. The contribution of authors like Lyotard, Deleuze, Simondon, Uexküll and Stern, helps to set the limits of a body-occurrence, a body not only empirical, but also held up by a pre-individual and virtual reality. The displacement from an analytical perspective that aims at singled out forms (subject, pathological classification, theoretical standards) to a impersonal process-action of events, unique and unpredictable, is what sets the conditions to thinking a form of suffering related to the emergence of the subjectivity-act process. And therefore, to also think a clinical practice that deals with that suffering. The genesis of such intensive body, pulsing and rhythmical, lay the basis for a clinical practice that deals with the affective and virtual aspects of being. Such practice establishes an erratic process regarding what is intended to be structured and permanent to get into the misty ground of sensations, affections of vitality, intuitions and intensive memories. At this point, its used the contributions by Bion (the proto-thoughts and intuition.) Key words: Medicine, Psychoanalysis, Clinical Practice, Ethics, Body, Suffering
