RESUMO

This present work constitutes a reflection about the "Projeto Educacional Escola-Padrão" while it s the means to make easy or not for the transformer practice to the School s Principal. We privilege the Principal s performance how politician agent under obligation with the social transformation that viabilize the collective work s construction in the administration of Public School to the members of the Instruction s The search of means were constituted by open and questionnaires interviews, they are apply to the people object, consisting of Principals, Assistants, Vices, Teachers, Servants, Students and Responsibles for the Students. We analyse the relationship between the "Projeto" and its introduce in four Public Schools of the São Paulo Secretaryship of Education State, this concern in the planning, principal plan and participate administration. The Public School transformed in "Padrão", theoretically, change the profile and lead the participation of its members in the instances of decisions of Scholar Unity; gradually, the Instruction s Establishment pass to administrate its human, financiers and materials recourses, defines in its way. The study evidences that the valid quotidian in the Public Schools needs to be consider to the "Projeto Educacional Escola-Padrão" attains its objectives. In this way, we suggest that the School s Principal acquit a determine role to suscitate actions that propriate of the members of school to build of collective work in the Instructions Establishment
