O corpo na educação física escolar : significados e possibilidades de (Re)construção

RESUMO

This research has as a guiding principle the body meanings conferred to physical education at school from teacher/student relationship in order to verify the possibility of resignification. The study object is at a variety of fields of scientific knowledge, among them, physical education, in which the body that will be discussed in this work can be considered in an uncritical view in the pedagogic practice. Thus, how physical education can contribute to the construction process of new meanings in an emancipative mode? To answer to this question were used action research elements, involving 38 students from the 8 grade of Centro de Ensino Fundamental 10 of Ceilândia/Distrito Federal, where it was find out the meanings attributed to the body and it was argued how could be the physical education contribution to the body resignification in an emancipative perspective, leaving out the notion that it is only a physical conceptual framework and, moreover, becoming a wholeness value. With this aim, the research can provide to teachers some points for the elaboration of pedagogical interventions based on critical values and committed to the transformation of the present paradigms. The investigation possibilities about the body are inumerous, therefore the discussions do not end up here, but they light up the flames to new conquests.
