RESUMO

The object of this investigation is the study of cyberspace in both classical perspective - because their fundamentals are ontological and anthropological and the granting to the man of the essential characteristics of rationality, sociability and freedom and present as we adhere to the principles of complexity and interdisciplinary dialogue, essential for breaking the blinding dichotomy between the human world and technology. The thesis of the French philosopher Pierre Lévy guided, although not exclusively, our speculation and our conclusions. The first chapter, current aporetic, looked at the historical and contemporary sociological context, having noticed the radical and qualitatively distinct from all the parameters that are defined by only a few decades before. We identify the root cause of this transformation in the revolution who lived through the techno-sciences in that period, and that has led to an accelerated virtualization of all areas of human activity. The conclusion was the extensive failure of philosophy to understand the new social, political and cultural realities, because (1) inevitably imbued from its origins in a declared contempt for the technical-productive activity, and (2) stuck in his own reflection in the physicalists first philosophical analyzes of the phenomenon of the Industrial Revolution. Since the future development of this process of virtualization are, by nature, uncertain and open to all is an urgent need - to philosophy and the contemporary world - the reconciliation of philosophy and technique, especially with information technology and communication, home of all important changes and future possibilities potentially positive while dangerously negative. In the second chapter, "Interdisciplinary eidetic, we reached four types of results: from a historical-anthropological perspective, we can conclude that the logotechnologies are the most authentic and technologies emblematic of the spirit. Through the historical approach, we find that the history of the logotechnologies is the most significant story of the man. The technical point of view encountered the paradoxical finding that the World Wide Web is the cutting of the real that more fully realizes the essence of the man, that is, his speech his spirit. Finally, under the metaphorical and symbolic key, we tried to access the authentic being of cyberspace through the images of the city, inland sea and nervous system. Together, they showed that cyberspace, since is able to produce the instruments, not only for their own morph as real-virtual, but also for the reform of physical and real, is destined to reinvent, in libertarian agenda, the science of governance. The third chapter had as object the empirical conceptualization of the technology in its current historical setting. This approach emphasized the extra-territorial nature, which shows cyberspace as "no place", the multimedia character and independent of the physical, which expand its virtual nature, and character of dense interconnection, which blurs the distinction between the notions of thing and person. The fourth and last chapter, or thetic moment, takes the classic definition of person as reason, freedom and sociability and merges these with the characteristics of cyberspace, concluding that this is the ultimate lego-logotechnologie to building a free society.
