Na contramÃo das limitaÃÃes: a produÃÃo de sentido na deficiÃncia mental / The Production Of Sense In Mental Incapacity

RESUMO
Historically mental deficiency has been characterized by maturative delays and cognitive deficits (abstractions and generalizations), dissociated from the historical-cultural context. Among the prototypical "limitations" of mental deficiency, the ones related to linguistic productions are notable (the narratives, as the production of sense in spoken texts). In this study we search to analyze the process of production of sense and the elaboration of narratives between children with light mental deficiency and many interracional partners (children and researcher), in an ethnographical context of a private school in the city of Recife/PE, state of Pernambuco. We went through the concept of "production of sense" from a language pragmatist system of references, based on the thoughts proposed by Wittgenstein and so authors of the pragmatist phase, that stress that the problem of sense is clearly related to the use of words and the dynamics of enunciation and the speech in human experience. We stand that the production of sense is built by games of language among interrational partners. But we specifically tried to answer the following difficulties: (1) How the process of production of sense and the elaboration of narratives between children with light mental deficiency and many interracional partners (children and researcher) occur in an ethnographical context of a private school in the city of Recife/PE, state of Pernambuco. (2) Which role of the other interrational in the elaboration and production of sense, from the interaction with children with light mental deficiency in a private school of Recife/Perrnambuco, and, (3) How the cultural artifacts as semi optical dimension are included and participate of the discursive dimension aiming the narrative construction?. A six session video analysis of the dyadical relations has taken place (children with interrational mental-partner deficiency; children with mental-research deficiency), with the involvement of the participants in construction of histories involving problem-situations. The current analysis was built up from a microanalysis of the frames of direction, fill in the gaps, criticism and comprehension (unity of analysis from the present study), as well made up a macro analyses (considering the mentioned six sessions) with the objective of highlighting the chief relational characteristics of production of sense and of the games of language of the four investigated dyads. An analysis of the frequency of the respective frames has taken place during the video registers. We conclude that the dyads build multiple games of language and reveal that the production of sense is an active interrational phenomenon, that is in transformation as times goes by
