RESUMO

The object of this research is to study Murilo Rubiãos short stories by the view of the magic causality concepts (Borges, 1994), that is, non-realistic narrative; and the secret form (Piglia, 2004), that is, the second story revealers of the constructive source which can be included in the narrative by metaphors. It is the case of the muriliana narratives, according to the direction of the hypothesis, it is constructed by means of the metaphorical process which reveals the poetic of the construction, where there are three metaphorical nucleus: the autobiography, the magic procedure and the reception. The metaphorical system was detected in the three stories: It was detected the autobiography metaphor in O Ex-mágico da Taberna Minhota; it was noticed the metaphor of the magic procedure in O pirotécnico Zacarias; and it was possible to detect the metaphor of reception in O Bloqueio, respectively. Those three metaphorical processes were observed in other three stories of the anthology: D. José não era, Aglaia and A armadilha. Those short stories created a multiplying net of the metaphors. In this way, it is noticed that in O Ex-mágico and D. José não era there is a development of an autobiographical implied author. It is observed that there is the magic procedure by the pyrotechnic effects and by the deforming multiplication in O pirotécnico Zacarias and Aglaia. It is also observed that there is an implied reader that become a captured of the fictional traps in O Bloqueio and A armadilha. The research concludes that, in projecting the three metaphorical nucleus in other three muriliana narratives, it is possible to think of the poetic of the construction supported by the author, work and reception
