RESUMO

We try to understand, with the present research, how some changes can affect a group / social system in determined organization. We consider important this question studying focused on the Social Science, since a great part of our life goes into these social organisms and, besides, the changing of the modern organizations nowadays, bring one surcharge of suffering hard to be bore by individuals and groups. As the main problem we ask the following question: how does this change affect the group? We have the following hypothesis: the change (the banks sale) lead the social agents into organization to a crisis of sense, wich, according to the direction given by the group, could be the reason of a ramsom of the social and individuals desire, as the first condition to a possible agent of a citizenship-in-building We choose as the object of the study the exchange departament of a bank and, due to the kind of the research, we prefered to work with qualitative data, for better translating the agents sense. The data were got by assertments of 16 members among 100 individuals, as well as, the observation-participator. The change brought, in many aspects, a very strong charge of bad-feeling to the group, but, the own organization presented features of non-orientation, disfunctionality, disorganization. However, the answers for such situation passed to manage effectively with the bad-feeling created in this group, not in your extinction way, but manipulating it. Many times, on the other hand, the group seeked answers to this crisis of sense, so that, it was possible to punctuate the figure of desiring being as the essential element to a citizenship-in-building (Manzini-Covre, 1996).
