RESUMO

A discursive event, when it escapes to the absorption of the memory by its effect of the meaning, it disturbs, destabilizes, not only the own memory but especially the linkings and the ways of historical filiations in which it breaks. the Movement of the Rural Workers Without Land - MST -, in that sense, not just disturbs and it destabilizes, enrolling discursivily in the order of the discourse of the State, but it breaks, it perforates, the discourse memory and the linkings and ways of historical filiations, but building its own discursive, the one that implicates to constitute a material space of existence, a position-subject of opposition and of reform and of insult to the State. To found its own discourse - Speech of Land reform for the Occupation - for its sense effect is also to promote a series of ruptures, of displacements, of remeaning in the effective discursive order of the space that served its "soil" and in the spaces of its own. MST, in that constitution process and confrontation with the material conditions of existence, with the State, ends up demanding an identity in the tense relation among autodomination (like the movement is denominates) and the denomination of the other ones (like the movement is denominated). In that tense movement of the senses and of the representations, MST moves its historical space. It constitutes the space of "camping, occupation, establishment, marches walked among other and it also breaks up with it to enunciate in a space that is not its own, the urban, to impose its presence, its discourse and, above all, its position-subject of political leadership. To enunciate in a political space historically marked by other subjects is also occupy symbolically that space as theirs, marking it as an extension of the linked subjects to the land and, above all, becoming the question of land reform (of a category of subjects) a national subject, forcing, this way, its tense recognition for the own State. The imposition of its speech, it also constitutes as a relationship and poser dispute with the State, as in the following statement: (222) "they had BETRAYED THOSE PEOPLE / Land reform is isolated!" (223) "in the fight it is conquered", (224) to "Struggle and to expire", (225), we will "Continue occupying lands, dropping the fences of the latifundium exposing the criminal actions of UDR (Union Democratic Ruralist), (176) "Land reform: Government doesn t do, We will do", (168) "Land and power don t win, they are conquered! (155) we "only have to to strengthen our organization, in the bases. It is proven that we cannot wait for the government because land is not won, it is conquered, (156) "After all, for without land people never had softness even. And to be more and more sure that land and power don t win, they are conquered! (106) we will revolutionize whole Brazil! Land is not won, it is conquered", (107) "The government doesn t do, so, we will do, (690), Our Fight is against the Empire". The power, that discourse and that position-subjects of the moviment come, along the years, from the first bulletin (1982) until today, causing embarrassments to the State and controversies and, because of its political positions and ideologies regarding the themes, to the objects, to the thing-to-knowledge that are in its order of performance or out of it, as in the statement (690) - OUR FIGHT is AGAINST THE EMPIRE" - that MST incorporated as element of its discourse. If the discourse of MST breaks up with the previous discouse in the fight for the land, MST is also imposed rights limits in the relationship among camping, to occupy, therefore if "camps" and to "occupy" constrains the State, "establishment" is already the limit of its discursive practices, once the "establishment" is constituted in the discursive order of the State. Then, the existence of MST strategically wobbles, for its sense effect, between the discursive order of the legality and the delinquency. To understand some aspects of those movements of tension of the senses, it is also to conceive, somehow, how the MST remeant the political-ideological scene in the last 24 years
