RESUMO

The present research has as the objective to analyze as a project, forged in the way of social movements, consisted as educational politician of the population. For in such a way, we chose the period of 1997 the 2000, during the mandate of the mayor of Mundo Novo - MS, Dorcelina de Oliveira Folador. When relating the educational principles of the “movement of the education” of the MST, the project politician of the PT, with the developed educational project in the city, we observe as, in little time, it was possible to use instruments, for example, the participation budget, for the formation of the citizenship, by means of the participation of the civil society in the mechanisms of decision of public administration, privileging the informal and formal education. Our work makes bibliographical reflections concerning about the education of the man, its constitution for the work, its social organization, politics in the contemporary scene. When discoursing on the relations economic politics and the impacts of these in the education, we understand to be important to observe the practical of educational ones that aimed at an alternative project of public administration in this city. From the bibliographical discussions and reflections, we dialogue with the involved citizens in the construction process, in order to evidence the existence of an educational project, by means of the register of its memories.
