RESUMO

This work was conducted from the perspective of looking at the inclusion of mental health activities in the PSF from the existence of the support staff in mental health. The objective was to identify and analyze the inclusion of mental health activities in a Basic Family Health of São Paulo. A qualitative approach, exploratory and descriptive, using the method of case study, this mapping was being built. The instrument used for data collection was a semi-structured interview and performing a field diary. The total number of study participants were 17 workers, and they support staff in mental health, the family health teams and NASF. This map was composed from six "potential lines", which can be considered the analytical categories created. Namely: Lines of Openings: experiences, thousands of movements historical description of the implementation of the basic unit of family health, with the onset of labor between the FHP teams and support staff. Lines Links: limiting spaces and subtle power that was intended for discussion of the work of ACS, and their anguish, and power limits. Lines of Meetings: creating worlds and resistance: discussion of territory, the family and building networks for the production of life. Lines of Affections: the meeting place - link: for thinking about the relationship and to rethink the "power" between the worker and the subject in psychological distress. Shares lines: trade, transportation and co-responsibility: when the matrix support in mental health is discussed from the experience of unity with the support staff in mental health. Lines of transpositions: constructing and deconstructing continually, where we observed the difficulties of mental health care. It is concluded that the actions of mental health care in primary care should be for life, for there can be matricial without looking at the territory of the subjects, to the place where there might be power to produce life.
