RESUMO
Moral harassment in labor relations is a social issue present in the new globalized labor world, manifesting itself equally in the contemporary Brazilian society. This research puts moral harassment in labor relations into context, the forms in which it presents itself, the means to its identification, as well as the consequences attributed to the victim and society as a whole. Utilizes hypothesis to explain the motivation of harassment behaviour found in personal relations into labor world, through the interpretation of judicial and extrajudicial testimonies done in public civil inquires promoted by the Ministério Público do Trabalho, at a national level, through a sociological perspective, intending to understand, explain, control and suggest possible measures of prevention and social construction of labor relations in Brazil. Recognizes the precariousness of the labor world mainly as a result of globalization and soft law phenomenons over labor relations, articulating these with the reflection present in the referred theorical framework.
