RESUMO

Samples of six house fly (Musca domestica L.) populations were collected from areas (Botucatu, Itupeva, Moji das Cruzes, Moji Guaçu, Monte Mor and Pirassununga) of the state of São Paulo and kept in the laboratory to determine their susceptibility and sublethal effects to different types of larvicides: cyromazine, diflubenzuron, doramectin, ivermectin and moxidectin. The larvicides were studied with treated larval medium and the data were expressed as LC5o and LC95. The results showed that ali the populations were sensitive to the evaluated compounds although demonstrating slightly differences in susceptibility. The LC5o were used to identify sublethal effects through fitness estimation and fluctuating asymmetry. Fluctuating asymmetry analysis showed differences among the populations collected at Botucatu for any larvicide, Moji das Cruzes for cyromazine and moxidectin and Moji Guaçu for cyromazine. The fitness estimation were studied through life tables construction and the results showed significant differences among the populations
