RESUMO

This work is part of the questioning of psychology‟s policy in its articulation with the field of law. It is an approach designated by the perspective of Institutional Analysis, articulating contributions of schizoanalitic and social perspectives, and by Foucault‟s notion of power. Presupposing that knowledge and policy are intertwined, but with a relationship historically marked by attempts to break up, the questioning focuses on the investigation of the appearance kinds or concealment of the relationships between knowledge and policy in the field of juridical psychology practices related to the humanization speeches. It‟s evident a description of the context in which there is a meeting between psychology and law, based on Donzelot‟s work (1986). We searched the paths of the Social genealogy elaborated by that sociologist to develop a juridical psychology genealogy in its present time and historicity. Articulating Foucault‟s notion of power and psychologists‟ narratives who worked in the field of the State of Sergipe‟s Judiciary in 2005, we put into analysis the strategies of the humanization speeches as a way of separate the notions of knowledge and power that sustain these professionals‟ practices. It‟s also evident a discussion about the conception of man and psychology; a reflection on the subjectivity kinds taken as psychology‟s object produced by modern binary logic public/private, individual/collective, normal/pathological, among others. That is the problem that runs throughout the work. We reaffirm the impossibility of psychology necessarily works as a humanization practice by excellence: the psychological practice doesn‟t automatically operate a break with the punishment logic internment jail, it can only assume other signs: prevention education control. It is essential to face the close and disconnected relation knowledge power, so our practices are permanently configured as policies.
