RESUMO
Junguian analysis contributes in a significant way to the study of gender and sexuality in organizations. The concept of individuation process and the notion of archetipes, specially of SELF, and ANIMA and ANIMUS are of particular interest to the research of masculinites, feminilities and sexuality in organizations. This is the way we tried to follow in this paper. The idea is to demonstrate the relationship of gender and sexuality with power and organizational culture not as a segment but as something that is present during the major part of the text.
