RESUMO

The aim of this study is stating the importance of reafiming the althusserian analyzes in education and the importance of the political/ideological role of school. So, the study has been organized in three chapters. The first one reintroducing Louis Althusser from his to his most recent publications, calling the attenction to the main polemic points in his life and work. Concernig the second chapter, it is a reanalyzes of the text “Aparelhos ideológicos de Estado” bases on the text “Sobre a Reprodução”, having the aim of bringing back the fundamental concepts of althusserian theory for the undersanting of the whole of society, particulary of school. Finaly, the third chapter is a rearranging of the worries , the tesis and analyzes about education and school which can be found in several parts of his work. In this chapter, the althusserian referential is also introduced as a possibility of overtaking the limits faced by the current studies in education to bring light to the political and ideological role of school in the reorganization of Capital
