RESUMO

In software engeneering, knowledge management acts searching for ways to capture, register, share and reuse knowledge related to activities, techniques and procedures in the software processes. The team members may informally learn to execute activities in the different project stages. Many researchers emphasize the importance of context factores for the efficent human learning process at work. As the Postmortem analyses and a project review have as objective capturing the learned lessons, the organization context acquires importance by affecting the natural learning knowledge of theses individuals in their work group. This study proposes to verify possible relations among the learning climate elements and data of learned lessons in developing software projects.
