RESUMO

This thesis develops an analysis of the set formed by text-command and text-answer, in History and Geography discourse questions applied in high school, with the purpose of inferring the linguistic marks that define such verbal interaction as a discourse genre, part of the set of scholar genres. It proposes a cross methodology in which participate the Semiotics of Peirce, the theory of verbal interaction dialogism and the discourse genres of Mikhail Bakhtin, the proposition of Inez Sautchuk with respect to the roles of active writer, inner reader and outer reader on the teacher-student dialog and the Textual Linguistics, in order to obtain a pragmatic approach to the exam text. It presents quantitative and qualitative analysis of two sets of questions, proving the text-command and text-answer interaction in the schools socio-discourse practices
