RESUMO
Intussusception in adults is a rare condition and it can occur as a gastric complication from non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Such complications can be difficult to diagnose because of ill-defined symptoms. Methods of imaging such as abdominal X-rays, ultrasonography, tomography and colonoscopy are useful for its diagnosis. Here a female patient with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma that evolved to intussusception of bowels, the regression of which was achieved by clinical and chemotherapeutic treatment without surgical intervention.
