RESUMO

This work is dedicated to the study of the interdisciplinarity in high schools. The research process starts with a bibliographical revision of the subject, with the intention to identify the set of more common concepts in the literature, that will constitute the theoretical referencial. Beyond the bibliographical revision, the research counted on the application of questionnaire for a group of teachers of the nocturnal period of a public school of the Distrito Federal. The objective of such questionnaire was to inquire the conceptions of interdisciplinarity of the teachers and as such this approach could be implemented in the school, although all the difficulties. The set of these data, associated with the information on the pedagogical and administrative organization of the searched school, will allow the definition of a particular frame to school context that will serve of reference to argue the difficulties and barriers to be faced for the school in the search for the interdisciplinarity. The set of data allow us to point possible ways and solutions from the theoretical referencial and of the knowledge of the context of the searched school and from the perception that the teachers have of all the situation. The methodology used in the research was the documental analysis, because the documents was an widely used resource in this work. In respect to the method used in the analysis of the data gotten in this research, we opt to the analysis of content, because its one technique that makes possible a systematic and organized treatment of the data and its distribution in well defined categories. To give more sense to our research, we lock up the present work considering a set of action to be taken with the goal to establish gradually a new pedagogical dynamics where the interdisciplinarity is not mere an end, but a way to reach the educational objectives of interest for the searched school.
