RESUMO

This dissertation outlines the impasse and the possibilities of supporting psychoanalytical speech in an institution, having the work developed in a fonoaudiology school-clinic as a reference. Based on Freud s writings, a study of the subjective effects resulting from group formation and social links is accomplished. Using the Lacanian concepts of alienation and separation, the appearance of the indisposition in the institution with the indisposition which is an intrinsic product to the constitution of the individual in a language structure, is articulated. Considering that the psychoanalysis is an oral experience, it is noticed that rigidity of its transmission lies on an ethical position, according to the Lacanian theory, justifying in this way the possibility of psychoanalysis in extension. Working together with Lacan s speech theory, this study tries to find a solution for the impotence created by the alienation to the institutional speech, betting on the singularity of the position of each one who risks making a more creative speech which determines it in the institution. It is concluded that each analyst, according to their desire, states the impossibility of a total jouissance, trying to find ways of barring the instituted speech
