The survey showed that the Municipal Center for Early Education institutions present themselves as "rooted", "fixed", "spatial distribution", which defaults to a national identity referenced to a language, a people and a territory. The practices of early childhood institutions are marked by monolingual and monocultural approach that strives to erase the difference in the name of assimilation of the cultures of children Pomeranians and children newly arrived to a standard of national culture, defined by the Portuguese language, religion Catholic, labor and urban-industrial values. The survey revealed that the family practices and group settings are marked by multicultural, bilingual family and work heavily referenced the universe rural agricultural.
