RESUMO
This work was developed aiming for raise of the competitive advantage of companies by conception of a reinforcement tool for the strategic management shaped by the study of the present corporate scenery, characterized by high fierce competition and matured consumers. It performs as a model of governance leaded by the lines of a strategic management, searching to achieve competitive advantages through the productive efficiency. Its leading objective is to suggest an information system model capable of determining regularly the performance of a company, contributing this way to assist its strategic management through the support to take a decision. The suggested model is characterized by the set up of a continuous process of collection and consolidation of data, obtained inside and outside the organization, converting them into strategic information, which testify the corporative accomplishments, comparing them to the goals previously defined in the strategic planning. Although this model was tested in a company acting in the branch of dealers of motorcycles, it is able, as a tool, to operate in any kind of organization, no matter its objective, size or arrangement, allowing the tracking of some favorable market circumstances.
