RESUMO

This work treats about the reflection of the changed paradigm by the traditional education to the contemporary education, looking in the importance and action of the School Management on making and application of the Management Plan, document that traces the school profile by a determined time. The Knowing context, the interdisciplinarity, the work with pedagogic projects, the school autonomy is new for the school today that has the compromise of development of known and the students competence and abilities. There is an urgency to study the reflexes of these crises in public schools, once that, the traditional direction is as a base to management contemporary for the so expected changing in education. So, we analyze the Management Plan of a public school among the challenges and possibilities of the contemporary school. Using laws instruments, official speaking about the constitution of democratic school and analyses of specific literatures about the theme justified in Paro (1997), Delors (1999), Litto (1999), Gardner (1999), and others, we established quality approach in the analyze of the Management Plan. We saw in this study that there is a lot to do to might engage the changing in education of the public school. The union of the college for an efficient planning, according to the reality of each school, can be the solution for the problems of the apprenticeship valor and the quality of teaching among the cultural diversity presents in schools.
