RESUMO

This work turns on the forms of transmission of knowledge among TalyÃseri (Tariano), Arawak people of the region of the river UaupÃs (Alto Rio Negro Amazon). In the last decades it occurs, in this region, a process of revitalization of the indigenous traditional knowledge. This work searches to identify, to analyze and to argue the importance in the current context, in bringing information of the different processes of exchanges of knowledge that the indigenous peoples adopted before the implantation of schools in the region. The TalyÃseri, thus, as other aboriginal peoples of the region of the high Black river, as inhabits the edges of the rivers UaupÃs and Papuri (this last tributary of the first one) and its occupation is "full of war episodes, of fights with the Tukano". Currently the TalyÃseri is living in twenty five villages, the three of them in the river Papuri and remain in the edges: right and left of the river UaupÃs. Each one of this villages represents a party-clan, which each one recognizes a common origin. The entailed affinity and blood relation to the agnatic traces in the cultural way it which constitute the essential in the identity of the TalyÃseri. The TalyÃseri traditional knowledge are tied with the social context, politic and, economic cultural lived deeply by then, the reason that the construction of the knowledge must to show the specific environment. The vision of world, the myths, the , the history, the notion of the hierarchy of the clans, the blood relations, the territoriality, the understanding of the fauna, the flora, the fishing and hunting techniques, the construction of a habitation, the use of medicinal plants, the orientation in the constellations, the implementation and use of the instruments of dances, of ritualistic objects, the beliefs the supernatural world among others, are some of the knowledge that the TalyÃseri carry. If we analyze each one of them we could identify to several other knowledge that if find they linked. The knowledge to be able to be adopted had had that to pass for a long process of comment, experimentation and its validity proven for the forms of as each one of them was applied for its detainers. Through a field research we carried through in Iauaretà the set was concluded that to know adopted and developed for the TalyÃseri since its ancestral ones and continuously renewed to each generation it constitutes in the perception of them to whom we call payekanipe here. To reveal carrying of this knowledge the person it must learn all to know related its clan as also for its subsistence, thus, a TalyÃseri must know all the knowledge diversity that is tied with the wisdom of its ancestor to remain its physical survival, that depending on the moment and the environment, them traces new strategies that favors the sense of comment raise hypotheses for after that being tested and if it will be proven will adopt
